• We strive to display the colors of our products as accurately as possible on this Website. However, the colors you see depend on your monitor, and we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be accurate.
• The photos may include additional props for display purposes only, which will not be included with your purchase.
• Actual measurements may vary slightly from the description due to manual measurement.
• A 100% advance payment is required at the time of booking for timely processing of standard orders.
• Deliveries will be made within 25 working days after receiving full payment at the relevant store. If payment is made by cheque, delivery will be made 25 working days after the amount is transferred.
• We do not accept cancellations of any orders once payment has been received.
• Gift Cards are not applicable for All product categories.
• No returns or refunds will be applicable if you receive the product as shown on the website in perfect condition. (Change of mind is not applicable).
• If the customer delays order delivery beyond 30 days after the original delivery date, the order will be considered canceled, and a cancellation charge of 20% of the order amount will be deducted.
• Orders can be changed or modified up to 10 days before delivery under the following conditions:
- The new order amount is greater than or equal to the original order.
- The new delivery date will be communicated based on product availability.
- Orders cannot be changed or modified after delivery.
Delivery and Delivery Time:
- All products in a single order will be delivered in one shipment.
- Complaints regarding incomplete delivery, defective, or incorrect goods must be reported to DISENO (SMC-PVT) LIMITED on the feedback/complaint form (RED Form) at the time of delivery. If issues are not reported on this form, it will be assumed that products were delivered in excellent condition, and complaints will not be entertained.
- Failure to report any issues as per clause 9(b) will be considered conclusive evidence that the company has satisfactorily performed its obligations and that the products have been accepted without defect, damage, or incorrect quantity.
- Delivery dates are provided without liability for delay. DISENO (SMC-PVT) LIMITED will not be liable for any compensation, damage, or refund of advance for deliveries made beyond the specified date and time.
• DISENO (SMC-PVT) LIMITED is not responsible for any damage caused while transporting goods through narrow corridors and stairwells.
• Deliveries above the ground floor will incur an additional charge if no cargo elevator is available.
• Standard orders will be booked within 60 days.
• DISENO (SMC-PVT) LIMITED will not be liable for any advance orders beyond 60 days in the event of price revisions, changes in design, or discontinuation of the product.
DISENO (SMC-PVT) LIMITED reserves the right to cancel orders at its discretion.
• We do not provide any warranty for discounted, discontinued, or imported outdoor furniture products.
• Customization or modification of furniture products, including the installation of locks, will void the product warranty.
• Goods once sold, delivered, and accepted will not be taken back or exchanged.
The company reserves the right to:
• Revise product prices.
• Reduce the volume of products ordered by a purchaser and charge accordingly.
• Defer the date of order delivery.
• Cancel the order.
DISENO (SMC-PVT) LIMITED is not liable for delays or inability to carry out business due to extraordinary circumstances beyond the company’s control, including but not limited to war, national emergency, acts of terrorism, protests, riots, fire, explosions, floods, epidemics, lock-outs, strikes, or delays affecting carriers or suppliers.
All applicable government taxes will be applied at the time of delivery.
