Diseno Standard Furniture Warranty Statement

To claim any of the warranties mentioned below, the customer must present the original invoice from Diseno:

1- Polish

Polish and gloss polish of all Diseno furniture items are covered under a six-month warranty period from the delivery date. The warranty does not cover polish damage caused by physical damage, extreme temperatures, humidity, or liquid spills.
‘Deco’ finished products are not covered under warranty.

2- Structure & Hardware

Diseno provides a six-month warranty for the structure and hardware of furniture.
The warranty does not cover damages caused by mishandling.
The warranty shall be null and void if the installation of Diseno products is not carried out by Diseno staff.

3- Termite

All Diseno furniture is fumigated and stored in a secure environment.
Claims will be entertained only if the customer finds traces of termites or similar insects in wooden furniture within one month from delivery and after an inspection of the customer’s premises for other termite infestations.

4- Foam & Upholstery

Diseno provides a six-month warranty for foam.
As per market norms, there is no warranty for upholstery; however, the upholstery of furniture will remain in the best condition if proper care instructions are followed.

5- Mattress

The warranty for mattresses is subject to the terms mentioned in the manufacturer’s warranty card provided separately at the time of delivery.
Customers should approach the manufacturer directly in case of any claims.

6- Mirrors & Glass Tops

Mirrors and glass tops are not covered under warranty; customers are advised to properly check these at the time of delivery for immediate replacement in case of any issue.
All glass tops and mirrors should be wiped with dry cloths or glass cleaners.
Claims after acceptance of the order cannot be entertained.

7- Outdoor & Imported Furniture

All outdoor and imported furniture is not covered under the standard Diseno warranty unless stated otherwise in writing by the company.
